KARMA EVENTS WEDDING PLANNING

An Intimate Wedding Affair .

COVID-19 may have altered your original plans, but the love between you and your beloved hasn’t changed.  If anything, this pandemic probably brought you both closer together.  If it was your desire to get married to the one you love and begin your lives together hasn’t changed, then what are you waiting for?   These two sweethearts didn't wait and they tied the knot on September 26th, 2020.

OUR BRIDE'S THOUGHTS ABOUT HER BIG DAY

When people think of weddings, they think of a large extravagant event where there are pictures, drinking, and dancing and the memories of being there with everyone you know. 2020 has made people realize that having a small event is just as meaningful and perfect. We decided to perform a small ceremony with our family and close friends at an Airbnb provided by owner Satbir. Not only did we have the beautiful picturesque setting but we had the house for our guests to enjoy the day at their leisure. Some people's idea of fun is not getting trashed on the dancefloor just to have stories for the next day but to just talk and joke around a table with good food and good people and that is the exact atmosphere this setup provided. After our ceremony, both my husband and I were able to spend ample time with our loved ones and enjoy their company. I have never been happier than I was that day. We all changed into our comfy clothes and hung around the pool, the deck, the backyard and nobody felt pressured to leave. It was the ideal "chill vibe" that allowed our guests to feel comfortable and really take in all the small moments of the day.
Being surrounded by people you know is very different from being surrounded by people you love. I highly recommend any to-be-brides to rethink what a fun wedding is to them. Since every bride says "it is going to happen so fast and the day is over", take this opportunity to make it so that you slow down and bask in the spotlight that is YOUR day. Be with the close friends and family that you would not imagine the day without!

AND THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER...
